Marinades

The BBQ specialists recommend a new concept: MARINADES FOR MEAT MADE OF ESTONIAN BERRIES:

  • APPLE MARINADE – made of apple pureé, apple juice and rapeseed oil and spices
  • SEA BUCKTHORN MARINADE – made of sea buckthorn pureé, rapeseed oil and spices
  • LINGONBERRY MARINADE – made of lingonberry pureé, rapeseed oil and spices

Marinades add flavour and soften the texture of meat. We recommend to use 1 part of marinade to 5 parts of meat and leave the meat in the marinade for 24 hours to a few days. Since the marinades are relatively mild in taste, it is possible to add more spices if needed. We suggest to wipe off the excess marinade before putting the meat on the barbecue.

The marinades are sold in 275 g glass jars, for HoReCa companies the bigger packages are also available.
