AS BACULA and Tervisliku Piima Biotehnoloogiate Arenduskeskus OÜ have developed a functional jam together.
There are two kinds of functional jam: raspberry, and blueberry-raspberry.
- The jam contains 55 g of berries per 100 g.
- No preservatives have been added.
- Functional jam is a source of fibre (fibre has been added) and contains manganese.
The functional jam made from blueberries and raspberries won the title “BEST PRODUCT FROM A SMALL SOUTH ESTONIAN COMPANY” at the Estonian Best Food Product 2015 competition
